This policy explains what information Vegas Kings LLC ("Vegas Kings," "we," or "us") collects from customers and visitors, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you make a purchase, submit an inquiry, or use the site, we may collect contact information such as your name, email address, billing address, and phone number; order details such as packages, dates, prices, and payment status; communications you send us; and technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referral source.

Payment information is processed by Shopify and the payment providers enabled for the store. Vegas Kings does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to process orders; confirm package activation; deliver official selections; respond to support and monthly-access inquiries; send order and service notices; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations; improve the website and service; and send marketing communications when you opt in. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed with Shopify and enabled payment providers; email and notification providers used for order, activation, and selection delivery; service providers that support website operations, analytics, or fraud prevention; law enforcement or regulators when legally required; and a successor in connection with a sale, merger, or restructuring of Vegas Kings LLC.

COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember carts, measure traffic, preserve campaign attribution, and support relevant advertising. Disabling cookies may limit site functionality. Analytics events are designed not to include names, email addresses, payment information, or sportsbook credentials.

DATA RETENTION

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the service, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Order, payment, and dispute records may be retained for at least seven years where required for those purposes.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also opt out of marketing and, where applicable, the sale or sharing of personal information. Vegas Kings does not sell personal information.

United States residents may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws. European Economic Area and United Kingdom residents may have rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR, including rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to certain processing. The legal bases we rely on may include contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests, and consent where required.

AGE REQUIREMENT

The service is intended for people age 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have done so, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
