REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

Vegas Kings sells fixed-duration digital betting-information access packages. By completing checkout, you agree that refunds will not be issued because of betting wins or losses, the number of official selections released, an inability to place or act on a released selection, a day with no official selection, a change of mind, loss of sportsbook access, or a misunderstanding of package coverage disclosed before checkout.

Access is a digital information service. Once the confirmed access window begins or official selections are delivered, the service cannot be returned.

Questions about coverage, dates, delivery, unit tiers, or activation should be sent to services@vegaskings.net before purchase.

PAYMENT DISPUTES

Contact Vegas Kings before opening a payment dispute so we can review the order, activation, and delivery record. We may respond with the checkout agreement, order record, activation confirmation, and timestamped delivery records. Fraudulent disputes may result in termination of remaining access and denial of future purchases.
