By purchasing a Vegas Kings access package, you agree to these terms in full.

1. SERVICE

Vegas Kings provides digital sports-betting information. Official selections are delivered with a released line and recommended units. We do not place bets, manage or hold customer funds, or guarantee outcomes. Vegas Kings is not a sportsbook, broker, or financial adviser.

2. ACCESS PACKAGES

Package coverage, duration, date requirements, included unit tiers, delivery method, and price are shown on the applicable product page and order. Every checkout package is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically.

A requested date is not active until payment succeeds and Vegas Kings confirms activation by email. Same-day activation is not guaranteed. The number of official selections varies, and a package does not guarantee a minimum selection count or a higher-unit release. A day with no official selection does not create an automatic extension unless Vegas Kings confirms otherwise in writing before purchase.

A 30-Day Private form submission is an inquiry, not a purchase. Monthly access begins only after approval, verified payment, and activation confirmation.

3. ALL SALES FINAL

All purchases are final. No refunds are issued except where required by law. See the Refund Policy for full terms. By completing checkout, you affirmatively agree to that policy.

4. NO GUARANTEES

Sports betting carries inherent risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Vegas Kings does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that a customer will profit, break even, or recover any portion of an access-package price. You are responsible for every betting decision you make.

5. DELIVERY

Official selections and activation confirmations are delivered by email to the address on the order. You are responsible for providing and monitoring a working email address. Delivery problems caused by a full inbox, filtering, a blocked sender, an incorrect address, or a lost device are not grounds for a refund or automatic extension.

6. PROHIBITED USE

Paid information is for the purchaser's personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, share, post, or republish any official selection, line, units, analysis, or other paid content. A violation may result in immediate termination without refund and may lead to legal action.

7. PAYMENT DISPUTES

Contact services@vegaskings.net before opening a payment dispute so we can review the order, activation, and delivery record. We may respond with the checkout agreement, order record, activation confirmation, and timestamped delivery records. Fraudulent disputes may result in immediate termination of remaining access and denial of future purchases.

8. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 21 years old and located where sports betting and the use of betting-information services are legal. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

9. TERMINATION

Vegas Kings may terminate access for a material violation of these terms, abusive conduct, attempted fraud, unauthorized sharing, or a fraudulent payment dispute. A customer terminated for a material violation is not entitled to a refund for remaining time.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vegas Kings is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including betting losses, lost profits, or sportsbook-account restrictions. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the most recent access package.

11. CHANGES

We may update these terms. The effective date above identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute is resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada, except where applicable law requires another forum.
