TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective: May 9, 2026

By purchasing a Vegas Kings membership, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Service

Vegas Kings ("we", "us") operates as a private sports advisory service. We deliver proprietary model output, signals, and analysis to active members during their membership window. We do not place bets, manage funds, hold customer funds, or guarantee outcomes. We are not a sportsbook, broker, or licensed financial advisor.

2. Memberships

Memberships are sold in fixed durations: 1-Day, 7-Day, and 30-Day. Access begins within 24 hours of purchase confirmation and ends at the conclusion of the stated duration.

Memberships do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout. If a membership is sold as auto-renewing, you may cancel anytime by emailing services@vegaskings.net at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. Cancellations are not retroactive. You retain access through the end of the current paid period.

3. All Sales Final

All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason. See our Refund Policy for full terms. By completing checkout, you affirmatively agree to this policy.

4. No Guarantees

Sports betting carries inherent risk. Past performance does not indicate future results. The model produces variable signal volume, and some days produce zero qualified signals. Vegas Kings makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that members will profit, break even, or recover any portion of their membership cost.

You assume full responsibility for any betting decisions you make based on the information we provide.

5. Delivery

Signals are delivered via email and the member portal. You are responsible for ensuring delivery channels are functional and monitored. Missed signals due to member-side issues (full inbox, blocked email, lost device, etc.) are not grounds for refund or extension.

6. Prohibited Use

Membership is for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, share, screenshot, post, or republish any signal, model output, or content received. Violation results in immediate termination without refund and may result in legal action.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving service constitutes payment fraud. Members agree to contact services@vegaskings.net to resolve any concern before initiating a dispute. We respond within 24 hours.

We dispute all chargebacks with timestamped delivery records, signed checkout agreement, and these terms. Members who initiate fraudulent chargebacks are reported to the card network, barred from future memberships, and forfeit remaining access immediately.

8. Eligibility

You must be 21 or older and located in a jurisdiction where sports betting and the use of betting advisory services is legal. You are responsible for compliance with local laws. Vegas Kings is not liable for members who violate jurisdictional restrictions.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any membership at any time for violation of these terms, abusive conduct, attempted fraud, or chargeback initiation. Terminated members are not refunded for remaining time.

10. Limitation of Liability

Vegas Kings is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including betting losses, lost profits, or sportsbook account restrictions. Our maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for your most recent membership.

11. Modification

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute is resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
