SHIPPING POLICY
Vegas Kings is a digital advisory service. No physical items are shipped. No shipping charges apply.

Delivery method
All signals, model output, and analysis are delivered electronically via email and through your member channel. Delivery begins within 24 hours of successful payment.

Signal volume
Variable. Some days produce multiple qualified plays. Some days produce zero. The model does not invent action to fill a feed. If a day produces no qualified plays, that day rolls forward into your access window at no additional cost.

Your responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring your delivery channels (email inbox, spam filters, member credentials, device access) are functional and monitored throughout your membership. Missed signals due to member-side issues — full inbox, blocked email, lost device, expired credentials — are not grounds for refund or membership extension.
